Anything outside the written scope becomes a change order with its own price and timeline, agreed before work begins. You always know the number first.

You do. Once the final milestone is paid, the code, repositories, designs and accounts are transferred to you. There is no lock-in.

Our focus is established, revenue-generating businesses with real processes to improve. If you are pre-revenue, we may be honest that a smaller scope or a different partner fits better.

A deposit before work starts, then milestone payments as working software is delivered. Core builds are typically 40% / 30% / 30%. We invoice in USD.

We treat AI as an engineering problem: narrow scope, logging, evaluation on real examples and human review where the stakes are high. We will tell you when AI is not the right tool.
